Monitoring

Events such as accepted, delivered and failed have been processed.
There are still some delays with events for opens, clicks, complaints and unsubscribes showing up in the Logs tab and Events AP

Identified

The Logs tab and Events API are both usable again, however there is still a large backlog of events being processed. Due to this, there may be some delays with events showing up in the Logs tab and Events API.

Investigating

We have temporarily suspended the Events API and Logs tab while we investigate an issue with our event processing service.

Monitoring

Our event storage system currently has a backlog of events data it is processing. Due to this, there may be some delays with events showing up in the Logs tab and Events API.
